• Own the design of products end-to-end, from initial concepts to polished final versions;
• Transform ambiguous problems into clear flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs;
• Act as a product owner by challenging briefs, sharpening visions, and shaping product specifications;
• Integrate AI into daily workflows for ideation, production, and quality improvement;
• Produce UI/UX designs with additional support for visuals, images, short videos, and motion;
• Build and maintain design systems and best practices across products and teams;
• Collaborate directly with founders, engineers, PMs, and clients through workshops and iterative feedback.

• 5+ Years of experience designing software across UI and UX with a track record of project leadership;
• Proven product mindset with the ability to connect design decisions to business outcomes;
• Mastery of Figma and familiarity with design-to-code workflows;
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, After Effects) and video tools;
• Deep hands-on fluency with responsive web and mobile design for iOS and Android;
• Strong command of design systems, components, and interactive prototypes;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment under pressure;
• Fluent, clear, and confident English (spoken and written);
• Nice to have: Experience in pitching design thinking to stakeholders.
