SiiRA is a global platform that connects digital professionals with US-based companies in digital growth mode. The organization builds and fosters remote teams to facilitate access to worldwide talent and drive enterprise growth.
задачи
- Design app screens, wireframes, UI mockups, user flows, and digital assets for web and mobile products;
- Collaborate with the Product team to translate feature requirements and user stories into design solutions;
- Support the design of end-to-end user journeys including onboarding, dashboards, and internal workflows;
- Define screen structures, navigation patterns, and interaction states to improve product experience;
- Prepare clickable prototypes and design explorations in Figma for validation;
- Improve existing product screens by identifying usability gaps and simplifying layouts;
- Support developers by preparing design-ready screens, UI assets, and interaction notes;
- Maintain and improve visual identity across product screens and communication touchpoints;
- Create lightweight graphics and animations for user engagement campaigns;
- Manage multiple design requests while maintaining attention to detail and reliable delivery timelines;
- Utilize AI design tools to accelerate UX exploration and interface concept generation.
требования
- 4+ Years of experience in UI/UX, graphic, or product design;
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, prototyping, and developer handoff;
- Solid understanding of UX design basics, information hierarchy, and responsive design principles;
- Experience designing for web and mobile products such as forms, dashboards, and onboarding flows;
- Ability to translate product analytics into UI/UX improvements;
- Strong experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop;
- Familiarity with Adobe XD for working with legacy files;
- Ability to collaborate directly with product managers and developers;
- Nice to have: Experience with AI design tools like Claude Design, Google Stitch, Figma AI, Midjourney, DALL-E, or Adobe Firefly.
