• Conduct user research to understand target users, their needs, and pain points;
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate the intended user experience;
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define project goals, scope, and functionality;
• Develop and maintain design systems across digital products;
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights.

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, or demonstrate work experience as a UX/UI designer within a design team;
• Understand human-centered design and the end-to-end design process, including research, personas, concept creation, customer journeys, user flows, mockups, prototypes, user testing, and visual design deliverables;
• Have excellent technical skills in visual design and prototyping software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite;
• Work effectively in a dynamic environment with strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills;
• Be self-driven and flexible, with the ability to work autonomously and a proven work ethic;
• Be a team player who enjoys working with people from different backgrounds and disciplines;
• Work effectively under pressure;
• Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality;
• Nice to have: experience in collaborative design workshops, user research or user testing experience, other creative skills or developed talents.
