TBC is a leading financial institution in the region that sets new service standards through the use of data analytics, artificial intelligence, and digital products.
задачи
- Own assigned features from start to finish, including problem definition, solution design, and implementation;
- Create end-to-end flows and high-fidelity designs;
- Integrate compliance cues into designs;
- Contribute to the design system by developing components and patterns;
- Decide on the approach for features independently and align on larger changes with the team;
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, QA, and Compliance.
требования
- 3–5 Years of experience in UX/UI design;
- Strong portfolio with real, shipped work;
- Ability to think in terms of jobs-to-be-done, customer journeys, and analytics;
- Comfortable working independently and escalating when needed;
- Ability to work with different teams and facilitate alignment;
- Nice to have: Experience in a regulated industry (banking / fintech).
