UX/UI Designer

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute growth initiatives;
• Lead design process from concept to implementation;
• Advocate for user needs through user research and usability activities;
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices;
• Develop relationships with global stakeholders and ensure cohesive product experiences;
• Support end-to-end UX Design initiatives for corporate products from concept to implementation and measurement.

• 5+ Years of UX/UI design experience;
• Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications;
• Strong experience planning and conducting user research activities;
• Ability to deliver design solutions that grow the business area and create new value;
• Ability to work as a trusted advisor with senior stakeholders;
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills;
• Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously;
• Nice to have: Figma, Jira, Confluence;
• Must include a portfolio, website, or other samples of work.
