Geo Ermes partners with businesses to design secure, scalable, and intuitive digital products, including enterprise software, SaaS platforms, mobile applications, and AI-driven solutions.

• Lead UX research, user interviews, and usability testing;
• Design intuitive user journeys, task flows, and information architecture;
• Create wireframes, low and high-fidelity prototypes, and polished UI designs;
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and reusable component libraries;
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle;
• Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients;
• Translate complex technical requirements into simple, user-friendly experiences;
• Ensure products meet accessibility (WCAG) standards and responsive design best practices;
• Participate in design reviews and mentor junior designers;
• Stay current on emerging design trends, AI-assisted workflows, and industry best practices.

• 5+ Years of professional UI/UX design experience;
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile application design;
• Expert knowledge of Figma;
• Experience designing enterprise software or SaaS products;
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, design thinking, responsive design, interaction design, and accessibility (WCAG);
• Experience creating design systems;
• English for professional communication;
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments;
• Nice to have: Experience designing dashboards or data-heavy applications, knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles, experience working with developers using GitHub, Jira, or Azure DevOps, familiarity with AI-powered design tools, experience designing cybersecurity, fintech, healthcare, or enterprise applications, motion design or micro-interaction experience.
