Bank Millennium is a financial institution providing a wide range of banking products and services to its customers. The organization focuses on delivering complex digital solutions, including credit and investment services, while maintaining a strong emphasis on customer-centric design and accessibility.
задачи
- Co-create and develop omnichannel customer experiences across mobile, web, branch, and contact center channels;
- Design user experiences and interfaces for complex financial products and services;
- Utilize Customer Journey Maps, Service Blueprints, and User Flows to identify pain points and optimization opportunities;
- Collaborate with business, IT, product owners, analytics, compliance, and legal teams;
- Maintain and apply the Design System and design standards to ensure visual and functional consistency;
- Conduct and interpret UX research, usability tests, and iterate on solutions;
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and project documentation;
- Analyze processes based on market data, organizational insights, and research findings;
- Incorporate digital accessibility (WCAG), regulatory, and security requirements into designs;
- Monitor project results and optimize solutions;
- Collaborate with developers during application creation and testing;
- Create and optimize UX content, including microcopy and system messages;
- Define, monitor, and report on UX KPIs such as adoption and conversion rates;
- Prepare presentations and materials to communicate design processes and research findings to stakeholders;
- Manage project activities, prioritize tasks, and ensure end-to-end delivery.
требования
- Minimum 4 years of experience in designing omnichannel customer experiences for complex digital products or end-to-end processes;
- Proficiency in user-centered design methodology and ability to connect UX knowledge with business outcomes;
- Strong knowledge of the design process (Discovery, Define, Design, Test, Iterate) and UX research methods;
- Experience in UX Writing and content design for digital products;
- Ability to work with Design Systems and design scalable solutions;
- Proficiency in Adobe tools (including Adobe XD), Mural, Figma, and FigJam;
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data (KPIs, NPS, CES);
- Knowledge of accessibility principles (WCAG 2.x) and inclusive design;
- Experience in information architecture design;
- Portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects, preferably involving multi-channel processes or complex ecosystems;
- Ability to create clear presentations and storytelling for stakeholders;
- Awareness of technological constraints and experience collaborating with development teams;
- Proactive, creative, and customer-centric mindset;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently;
- Fluent English;
- Nice to have: Experience in the financial, banking, or regulated sectors.
