BostonGene redefines cancer patient care and drug development through the integration of omnimodal data and artificial intelligence. The company's foundation model for tumor and immune biology integrates genomic, transcriptomic, and immune data with clinical outcomes to generate actionable insights, enabling biopharma partners to optimize therapeutic response prediction and improve patient care.

• Own video production across marketing and clinical-facing initiatives, including videos for industry conferences, digital campaigns, B2B promotional materials, and educational content;
• Execute the end-to-end video production lifecycle, from creative concepting and storyboarding to editing, motion design, post-production, versioning, and final delivery;
• Integrate AI video generation tools into the daily workflow to accelerate production;
• Collaborate with marketing and business development to translate complex oncology and business concepts into visual narratives;
• Work with continuous UX/UI improvements across complex internal systems used for clinical data processing;
• Support and iterate on the layout and usability of core clinical reports;
• Maintain and evolve the in-house design system and component libraries;
• Collaborate with molecular/clinical analysts and software engineers to understand technical constraints and user workflows.

• 3–5+ Years of relevant work experience featuring both video/motion design and UI/UX product design;
• Strong proficiency in video editing and motion design tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve;
• Hands-on experience with current AI video generation workflows;
• Proficiency in Figma, including advanced features like auto-layout, components, and variables;
• Strong systems thinking and information architecture skills;
• Genuine interest in oncology, molecular biology, and AI;
• English at B2+ level or above;
• Russian at C1+ level or equivalent;
• Nice to have: Previous experience working with scientific, biotech, medtech, or B2B healthcare content, higher education degree in a technical, analytical, multimedia, or design-oriented field, experience with Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence.
