Datavant is a data collaboration platform for healthcare that provides critical data solutions for organizations across the healthcare ecosystem, including providers, health plans, researchers, and life sciences companies. • Define and maintain the overall experience architecture of Provider Console;
• Identify and resolve inconsistencies across product surfaces;
• Design for provider journeys that span multiple products;
• Build and maintain a shared component library and pattern documentation;
• Lead the design effort to reduce provider reliance on support;
• Design transparent, real-time status experiences;
• Create onboarding and setup flows for provider self-service;
• Design proactive notification and alert systems;
• Evaluate and design for progressive disclosure;
• Conduct provider research to ground design decisions in real behavior;
• Analyze support ticket data, call drivers, and account management escalations;
• Run usability testing on new workflows;
• Maintain a clear point of view on provider needs and influence roadmap prioritization;
• Partner with product management, engineering, and adjacent product teams;
• Communicate design decisions and strategy clearly.

• 5+ Years of UX design experience with a portfolio demonstrating platform thinking;
• Demonstrated experience designing multi-product or multi-surface platforms;
• Track record of designing for self-service and reducing human intervention in complex workflows;
• Strong information architecture and interaction design skills;
• Experience conducting and synthesizing user research;
• Ability to work across product and engineering teams with dependencies;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Nice to have: Experience designing for B2B SaaS platforms in complex domains, familiarity with provider-facing healthcare workflows, experience designing notification and alert systems, proficiency with Figma and Figjam.
