• Own product design work from problem definition to production;
• Translate product requirements and business goals into clear user flows and product experiences;
• Question requirements and identify gaps, edge cases, technical constraints, and opportunities;
• Design complex workflows across mobile and web products;
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction models, and high-fidelity interfaces;
• Design loading, empty, error, permission, validation, edge-case, and failure states;
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers throughout implementation;
• Participate in design QA and ensure shipped products meet the intended experience and quality;
• Contribute to and evolve the design system;
• Use data, research, customer feedback, and product metrics to evaluate design decisions;
• Document design decisions, behaviours, interactions, and implementation requirements;
• Use AI tools for research, exploration, prototyping, documentation, and execution where appropriate;
• Take ownership of outcomes and continuously improve products after launch.

• Understand complete product systems beyond individual screens;
• Explain the problem, its importance, solution process, alternatives, constraints, personal ownership, shipped result, and post-launch outcome;
• Have professional experience designing and shipping digital products;
• Demonstrate real products that reached users in the portfolio;
• Show ownership across the product lifecycle and understand success metrics;
• Design multi-step workflows, data-heavy interfaces, permissions, roles, tables, filtering, financial transactions, forms, validation, account states, error recovery flows, responsive behaviour, design systems, and reusable components;
• Have strong fundamentals in hierarchy, typography, spacing, layout, information architecture, interaction design, and visual consistency;
• Discuss implementation with engineers, understand technical constraints, adapt designs, and follow work through production;
• Use modern AI tools effectively to improve work quality and speed;
• Work independently with Product and Engineering teams;
• Be highly proficient with Figma;
• Nice to have: Experience with prototyping, front-end technologies, AI-assisted workflows, developer tools, or code; experience in fintech, payments, banking, B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or other complex product environments.
