Lisk is building a financial platform for businesses that combines crypto infrastructure with a modern workspace across web and mobile. The platform replaces fragmented corporate financial tooling and supports global business finance.

• Own design areas end-to-end, including discovery, problem framing, flows, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, launch, and iteration;
• Build and maintain the design system across web and mobile;
• Design complex financial workflows, including states and edge cases;
• Make scope and tradeoff decisions with product and engineering;
• Design within integration partner capabilities and challenge them when needed;
• Run customer research, interviews, usability testing, and prototype testing;
• Define quality standards for owned areas and maintain the craft bar;
• Contribute to product strategy and shape future product development.

• 5+ Years of product design experience;
• Experience with complex, multi-surface web and mobile products;
• Proven fintech experience with shipped financial products;
• Experience with crypto or onchain products;
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end work on complex products;
• Experience building or significantly contributing to a design system;
• Comfort with technically deep product surfaces and extensive third-party integrations;
• Strong systems thinking across patterns, states, and components;
• Strong judgment on scope, sequencing, and product priorities;
• Excellent written communication for a remote, async-first team;
• Fluency in Figma;
• Ability to work within European timezone and working hours;
• Nice to have: motion design, animation or illustration, experience designing data-heavy dashboards, tables and charts, hands-on experience with AI prototyping tools.
