• Partner with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, and other stakeholders to define customers and their needs;
• Identify key project metrics and take ownership of achieving project success;
• Research and bring forward findings and learnings to support complex company goals, including launching in new territories and offering new features;
• Design simple and elegant products, covering wireframes, end-to-end flows, prototypes, and detailed visual execution;
• Run guerrilla and customer testing workshops;
• Implement technical solutions and present actions during design reviews;
• Review release performance, identify learnings, and find ways to enhance it.

• 3+ Years of experience designing world-class commercial apps in-house;
• Portfolio featuring examples of product design work;
• Impressive design skills across iOS, Android, and web platforms;
• Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and articulate design decisions;
• Solid understanding of the technical implications of design decisions;
• Ability to take ownership of design processes;
• Focus on UX and understanding of human behaviour;
• Clean visual design sense;
• Skills in typography and grids;
• Love for problem-solving and being challenged;
• Nice to have: a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related technical field, programming experience and ability to code simple prototypes, experience designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems, experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
