• Own the design and User Experience (UX) for one of the key product areas;
• Design and improve user scenarios and features across Web, iOS, and Android;
• Conduct Product Discovery by researching user journeys, identifying friction points, and formulating and validating hypotheses;
• Build high-quality prototypes with attention to micro-interactions and transition animations;
• Facilitate discussions with developers and stakeholders to balance ideal UX with technical constraints;
• Ensure implementation quality through Design QA/Review and guide solutions through release;
• Contribute to the Design System by ensuring consistency and accelerating team velocity through high-quality components.

• Have 5+ years of experience in product design;
• Provide a portfolio featuring launched case studies;
• Have advanced proficiency in Figma;
• Have proven experience creating or scaling design systems;
• Make product decisions based on data, research, and common sense rather than personal preference;
• Understand how design impacts business metrics;
• Understand accessibility principles and can integrate them into the design process;
• Have strong communication skills and can articulate and defend design decisions and give and receive constructive feedback;
• Can self-manage, prioritize a backlog, and drive processes without micromanagement;
• Are comfortable shifting priorities based on business needs.
