Spotware Systems develops cTrader, a trading platform that helps professional traders access complex trading workflows through precise and intuitive digital experiences.

• Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for the cTrader mobile application;
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle;
• Analyze user journeys, identify friction points, and simplify complex trading experiences;
• Design user-centered solutions that balance functionality, usability, and visual quality;
• Contribute to the development, maintenance, and evolution of the design system;
• Validate design decisions through research, feedback, and iterative improvements;
• Ensure design consistency across the mobile product and related user experiences.

• Strong experience in Product Design with a focus on mobile UX/UI;
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design;
• Strong visual design skills with exceptional attention to detail;
• Ability to simplify complex user flows and create intuitive experiences;
• Critical thinking skills with the confidence to challenge requirements and identify the best solutions;
• Ability to clearly communicate and justify design decisions while collaborating with cross-functional teams;
• Strong communication and teamwork skills;
• Experience working with design systems and scalable design components;
• Nice to have: Experience in FinTech or trading products, experience designing complex B2B or FinTech products, experience conducting user research and usability testing, experience working in cross-functional Agile product teams.
