Product Designer

Osome is an international fintech startup that simplifies administrative, accounting, and bookkeeping tasks for entrepreneurs. The company provides a solution that integrates SaaS with human-in-the-loop services to deliver real-time support.

• Own end-to-end design execution for product areas;
• Translate roadmap initiatives into structured user journeys, flows, and polished UI;
• Deliver development-ready designs across desktop, mobile web, and mobile apps;
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to refine requirements and ensure feasibility;
• Identify when user validation is needed and conduct research or usability testing;
• Make design decisions grounded in user insights, product context, and business priorities;
• Maintain high standards of craft while delivering reliably and pragmatically.

• 3+ Years of experience working in cross-functional product teams;
• Proven experience delivering complex product areas end to end;
• Strong UX and interaction design skills, especially for structured workflows;
• Experience designing for desktop and mobile platforms (iOS or Android);
• Familiarity with mobile-first thinking and responsive patterns;
• Experience delivering clear specifications and working closely with engineering;
• Ability to balance user needs, business priorities, and technical constraints;
• Experience working with or alongside a design system, contributing to components evolution;
• Experience validating design decisions through user research or testing;
• English (fluent);
• Nice to have: Experience with both iOS and Android.
