This is an in-office role based in London.
Model ML is a $75M YC-backed Series A AI startup building the operating system for financial services research and automating complex workflows for private equity and investment banks.
задачи
- Design and iterate on complex data-rich interfaces, including financial tables, document analysis modules, and automated report generation tools;
- Establish and maintain a scalable design system and internal processes to ensure precision and auditability across the platform;
- Collaborate closely with engineers and founders to ship high-impact features quickly while maintaining human-in-the-loop AI best practices;
- Lead the end-to-end UX for high-stakes financial tools;
- Influence product direction alongside the founding team.
требования
- At least 4 years of experience as a product designer, ideally having shipped 0-1 products within a fast-paced startup environment;
- Strong technical depth and comfort designing for professional users who require high-precision data visualization and complex workflow automation;
- Ability to work fully in-person from the London HQ;
- High-ownership mindset.
