• Raise UX and UI quality across platforms through standards, feedback, audits, and design quality rituals;
• Shape and evolve the design system, including its strategy, contribution model, components, patterns, and documentation;

• 10+ Years of product design experience;
• Deep expertise in design systems;
• Strategic systems thinking skills;
• Strong craft expertise in components, patterns, and interaction design;
• Ability to influence across teams as a partner to Design, Product, and Engineering;
• Experience mentoring designers and scaling design systems;
