• Concept and animate video ads and UGC creatives for paid social platforms including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube;
• Pitch fresh angles and hooks, turning the best concepts into testable ads;
• Explore diverse creative styles ranging from polished motion to raw, native-feeling UGC;
• Produce a steady stream of new creative variations at a high pace while maintaining quality;
• Collaborate with producers and user acquisition managers to transform briefs into high-performing assets;
• Maintain a consistent brand presence across social media;
• Own the motion craft for paid creative end-to-end, setting and raising quality standards.

• Strong motion design portfolio;
• Hands-on mastery of After Effects, Figma, and the Adobe Creative Suite;
• Strong eye for composition, color, easing, and ad structure;
• Experience using AI models for image, video, and sound within a professional workflow;
• Ability to work fast and self-directed without hand-holding;
• Excellent English communication skills;
• Nice to have: Portfolio of ad creatives that performed in real paid campaigns, comfort with vibe-coding or workflow automation, solid understanding of various AI models, ability to write ad hooks and scripts, experience analyzing ad performance data in Meta Ads Manager, fluency in internet culture.
