• Create high-impact, performance-driven motion creatives for mobile apps, including in-app content, user acquisition ads, and app store assets;
• Develop clear storyboards and rapidly prototype creative concepts aligned with product strategy, growth objectives, and key performance metrics;
• Own the end-to-end production of video assets, including concept development, animation, editing, sound design, formatting, and delivery;
• Adapt creatives based on UA hypotheses, market requirements, and performance insights;
• Leverage AI-powered tools for generative visuals, voice generation, scripting, automation, and workflow optimization;
• Manage multiple creative iterations simultaneously, maintaining speed and well-structured project files.

• 3+ Years of experience in Motion Design, Video Production, or Creative Marketing;
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related motion design tools;
• Solid understanding of user acquisition creatives and performance marketing principles;
• Experience creating short-form video content for Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and other paid acquisition channels;
• Strong storytelling, visual communication, and animation skills;
• Ability to balance creativity with performance goals and data-driven decision-making;
• Experience using AI tools to enhance creative workflows and production efficiency;
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
• English B1.
