• Create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that enhance user engagement;
• Embed user needs into design decisions through insights and research;
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders to transform ideas into reality;
• Work with researchers to uncover actionable feedback and guide usability improvements;
• Develop interactive prototypes to test and illustrate design concepts;
• Define and maintain design guidelines across all products;
• Lead design initiatives while balancing timelines and multiple priorities;
• Design user journeys that simplify complex tasks;
• Improve product performance after launch through continuous, user-centered enhancements;
• Maintain, evolve, and improve the design system and use it to ensure consistency.

• 5+ Years of experience designing complex commercial apps;
• Portfolio showcasing strong design work;
• Experience with SaaS products;
• Figma expertise and strong knowledge of components and design systems;
• Experience evolving design systems across iOS, Android, and responsive web;
• Strategic thinking and the ability to clearly explain design decisions;
• Understanding of the technical impact of design choices;
• Self-directed approach and ownership of the design process;
• Strong UX focus and deep understanding of human behavior;
• Clean, refined visual design sense;
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take on challenges;
• Continuous learning mindset and desire to grow with the team;
• Proactive, confident, and effective communication skills;
• Ability to present work and articulate design decisions to different stakeholders.
