• Design, maintain, and evolve scalable Design Systems across web, desktop, and mobile platforms (iOS and Android);
• Create consistent, user-centered experiences across multiple products and customer touchpoints;
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders within Agile squads;
• Drive the end-to-end design process, from discovery and research to prototyping, testing, and delivery;
• Define and document design standards, components, patterns, and best practices;
• Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and usability across all digital products;
• Support product teams in adopting and implementing Design System components.

• 5+ Years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field;
• Strong hands-on experience designing and managing enterprise-scale Design Systems;
• Proven experience across mobile platforms (iOS and Android) and web/desktop applications;
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end UX and Product Design process;
• Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional product squads;
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with product and technology teams;
• Nice to have: Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech environments; Experience designing products for SME customers; Experience working in large-scale organizations with complex digital ecosystems; Knowledge of accessibility standards and design governance frameworks; Familiarity with modern design tools such as Figma and Design Tokens methodologies.
