• Create clear, straightforward solutions for complex product and interface challenges;
• Work closely with Product Manager, Design Lead and development team to create an amazing user experience;
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and team members to refine and improve design work;
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and innovation;
• Organize and maintain design files, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly archived.

• Have 5+ years of experience in UX and product design across web and mobile platforms;
• Demonstrate expert skills in Figma with a solid understanding of design systems and UIKit principles;
• Possess an analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data to enhance design;
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present and explain project solutions to the team;
• Maintain a collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team;
• Show strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work;
• Demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
• Nice to have: Experience in finance or trading domain, Familiarity with TradingView as a product, The ability to understand technical implications in their design decisions, General understanding of product metrics.
