Graphic Designer

Planet designs, builds, and operates the largest constellation of imaging satellites in history. This constellation delivers an unprecedented dataset of empirical information via a revolutionary cloud-based platform to authoritative figures in commercial, environmental, and humanitarian sectors.

• Lead the EMEA Creative Studio to translate global marketing strategies into visual narratives for regional audiences;
• Collaborate with EMEA Field Marketing Directors, Specialist teams, and Channel partners to support localized growth campaigns;
• Maintain and scale the visual language to ensure regional assets align with global brand standards;
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to provide localized collateral, messaging, and account-based marketing assets;
• Direct a network of external regional contractors and localization agencies;
• Refine and optimize creative workflows to improve speed-to-market for regional field demands;
• Lead the conceptualization of high-profile regional visual projects including digital campaigns, trade show booths, and executive briefings;
• Own the evolution and adaptation of Brand Guidelines for EMEA;
• Supervise the end-to-end lifecycle of external design partners, providing creative direction and QA;
• Act as a creative consultant to Regional Product Marketing, Communications, and Field teams;
• Optimize creative throughput by leveraging AI-driven design tools and project management platforms;
• Present design solutions to senior regional leadership and executives.

• 6+ Years of relevant design experience, ideally within a B2B field or regional marketing organization;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field;
• Excellent project, time, and budget management skills;
• Excellent presentation skills and experience collaborating with regional stakeholders and executives;
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently;
• Experience working with enterprise software and AI-driven design platforms;
• Nice to have: BFA or degree from a traditional 4-year design program, experience with web design workflows, digital ad execution, localization best practices, understanding of pipeline contribution metrics.
