uButler provides a 24/7 digital relocation service that assists international hires with their transition to new locations. The company manages various aspects of relocation, including housing, banking, and health insurance, through a proprietary platform designed to support both employers and employees.

• Create brand and visual assets across social, web, email, print, and in-product channels;
• Design and shape content for social media channels, including short-form and motion graphics;
• Design and maintain web pages using Webflow or similar tools;
• Translate complex relocation topics into engaging infographics, presentations, and guides;
• Maintain and evolve the brand identity and design system;
• Partner with marketing, product, and commercial teams on campaigns and launches.

• 2+ Years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or a similar role;
• Strong portfolio demonstrating range across digital and print with focus on layout, typography, and visual hierarchy;
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma;
• Ability to work independently and translate business needs into on-brand visuals;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills;
• Must be authorized to work in the Netherlands and willing to work on-site in Amsterdam;
• Nice to have: Experience in global mobility, HR tech, or relocation services, personal relocation experience, experience designing for international/B2B audiences, familiarity with motion design, illustration, or basic web (HTML/CSS, Webflow), startup/scale-up background, familiarity with Design Thinking methods.
