• Lead creative design and motion projects for international marketing campaigns;
• Create static and animated advertising creatives for performance marketing;
• Develop visual concepts for acquisition, retention, and special promotion campaigns;
• Prepare assets for platforms including Meta, Google, YouTube, and local partner channels;
• Produce creative variations for A/B testing and rapid iteration;
• Create short video edits, motion graphics, and localization-ready layouts;
• Analyze creative performance in collaboration with the CMO, media buying, and BI/Data teams;
• Build and maintain a reusable creative library with structured naming and version control;
• Leverage AI tools to enhance speed, quality, and localization efficiency.

• Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion creatives for international performance marketing campaigns;
• Proven experience in iGaming, betting, crypto, affiliate marketing, or other high-risk/performance-driven industries;
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Figma;
• Solid understanding of performance marketing principles, including creative testing and optimization;
• Ability to deliver high-quality creatives in a fast-paced environment without detailed brand guidelines;
• English and Russian proficiency.
