• Design and develop gameplay systems and features for new game prototypes;
• Work on core gameplay, progression, balance, and early meta systems;
• Create and maintain game design documentation including concept docs, GDDs, and feature specs;
• Analyze gameplay problems and propose solutions to improve player experience and engagement;
• Participate in prototyping and iteration processes with the R&D team;
• Design and tune game balance, rewards, pacing, and progression;
• Work with product metrics and formulate gameplay hypotheses;
• Collaborate with game designers, producers, artists, and developers during early production stages.

• 3+ Years of experience as a Game Designer;
• Experience in hyper-casual, hybrid-casual, or puzzle games;
• Participation in developing games or prototypes from scratch in R&D or pre-production;
• Experience working on at least 5 game projects or prototypes;
• Experience creating and maintaining game design documentation;
• Understanding of gameplay systems, progression, balancing, and player motivation;
• Strong knowledge of the mobile games market and current genre trends;
• Ability to clearly communicate ideas and work in a fast iteration environment;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Fluent in Russian and English.
