• Manage and mentor a team of 3–5 communication designers by setting priorities and providing grounded feedback;
• Define and evolve visual communication standards for marketing, including scalable design systems and templates;
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Growth, Brand, Marketing, and Engineering teams;
• Lead the adoption of AI-powered design tools by identifying workflows and setting production standards;
• Build and improve design processes from briefing and review flows to production and handoff;
• Lead end-to-end campaign design across digital and offline channels;
• Own communication design for web and mobile surfaces, including landing pages, banners, and app store assets;
• Partner with Growth and Product teams on onboarding flows, push notifications, and in-app messaging;
• Contribute to brand identity work and visual guidelines;
• Own the QA process for outgoing materials to maintain brand integrity.

• 5+ Years of experience in communication design, including 1–2 years in a lead or senior role;
• Proven experience managing designers and providing actionable feedback;
• Background in IT product companies with an understanding of agile workflows;
• Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign work across digital and offline channels, ideally in fintech or banking;
• Deep command of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout for complex, compliance-heavy environments;
• Hands-on experience designing for web and mobile, including responsive layouts and mobile-first communications;
• Ability to translate strategy into concise briefs and communicate clearly;
• Practical experience with AI design tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or Runway;
• Proficiency in Figma;
• Nice to have: Familiarity with motion and video production workflows, knowledge of 3D production (Cinema 4D, Blender).
