• Drive the overall artistic vision of the project and align artistic output with the established style;
• Define the long-term visual strategy for World of Tanks Console with Creative Directors and Product Managers;
• Ensure art assets contribute to player engagement and monetization goals;
• Establish visual guidelines, review processes, and feedback loops for in-house teams and external contractors;
• Create and conduct the art vision for game features;
• Mentor team members and foster professional growth focused on creative excellence and artistic development;
• Collaborate with the production team to integrate high-quality visual solutions into the game development pipeline.

• 3+ Years of experience as an Art Lead or Art Director in the game industry;
• A portfolio demonstrating released projects;
• Expertise in directing concepts, environments, characters, vehicles, lighting, UI/UX, VFX, and animation;
• Proven ability to design and maintain visual stylistics across varied artistic directions;
• Strong understanding of scene composition, color, lighting, and the impact of visuals on gameplay;
• Solid understanding of game development principles and modern pipelines;
• Professional proficiency in English;
• Nice to have: UI/UX direction experience, experience managing and leading diverse art teams, basic programming or scripting knowledge.
