Erste Bank Polska operates as a technology company providing banking services, supporting the bank with a team of over 2000 specialists to ensure the reliability and security of the banking system.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system and architectural solutions;
• Design solution architecture in a microservices environment;
• Design and document system integrations using REST APIs and event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ);
• Model business processes and system solutions using UML, BPMN, and domain models;
• Cooperate with business teams, architects, and developers in implementing technological initiatives;
• Support development teams in understanding requirements, designed solutions, and system dependencies;
• Participate in defining analytical and architectural standards;
• Act as an expert and mentor for other analysts;
• Identify automation opportunities and process improvements using modern technologies, including AI tools.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in system analysis and IT solution design;
• Very good knowledge of microservices architecture, REST API, and event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ);
• Experience in designing integrations between systems;
• Ability to model processes and solutions using UML, BPMN, and domain models;
• Good knowledge of SQL and data modeling issues;
• Smooth work with Git repositories and the GitFlow model;
• Ability to translate business requirements into system architecture;
• Independent problem identification and proposition of effective solutions;
• Acting as a substantive leader and mentor for other analysts;
• Designing technological solutions rather than just documentation;
• Efficient navigation at the intersection of business, architecture, and development;
• Nice to have: practical knowledge of using VS Code, GitHub Copilot, and other AI tools in daily work, experience in building AI agents and creating prompts, knowledge of AI orchestrators, experience working with GenAI solutions, RAG, and vector databases, experience in implementing and scaling AI solutions in the organization.
