• Work in a self-organizing team following Agile methodologies (Scrum);
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze business needs;
• Co-create business documentation;
• Design functionalities using available tools;
• Prepare functional documentation;
• Break down features into smaller tasks;
• Implement assigned tasks within the platform;
• Perform functional testing and support user acceptance testing.

• Minimum 4 years of commercial experience as a System Analyst;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex process-related problems;
• Ability to translate business needs into system solutions using available tools;
• Experience in creating and interpreting UML and BPMN models;
• Knowledge of required technologies: SQL, REST API;
• Understanding of basic programming concepts and object-oriented design principles;
• Experience with at least one workflow / low-code platform: Camunda, IBM BAW, Ferryt, or Pega.
