• Refine user stories and clarify acceptance criteria to maintain backlog quality
• Define requirements and scope, manage expectations, and turn vague requests into clear agreements
• Document information clearly and ensure shared understanding of requirements and objectives
• Connect business, product, and IT stakeholders and align them around shared goals
• Facilitate timely stakeholder discussions and support well-informed decisions
• Analyze causes, impacts, dependencies, risks, processes, data, and architecture
• Identify structural improvements and avoid short-term solutions that create long-term problems
• Prevent rework and blockers by clarifying requirements upfront and answering questions
• Support uninterrupted development, reduce misunderstandings, and accelerate decision-making
• Structure complex topics and provide clear overviews of requirements, processes, and data
• Help squads make better decisions and the organization remain scalable and adaptable

• 2–5 Years of experience
• English proficiency
• Knowledge of leasing
• Understanding of business processes, data flows, software interactions, and the relationship between IT and business
• Awareness of compliance, risk, and the operational impact of changes
• Ability to assess business value and priorities and understand stakeholder landscapes and governance
• Ability to connect business, product, and IT and explain complex topics clearly
• Ability to facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions and align stakeholders with different perspectives
• Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and impacts; structure and document information; and support decisions with insights
• Ability to work across domains, countries, and departments
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban; user story refinement; acceptance criteria; process modelling; documentation standards; test support and validation
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Visio
• Curious, proactive, self-directed, and eager to learn; takes ownership, communicates openly, collaborates, and shares knowledge
