• Architect and deploy Agentic Customer Data Platform capabilities for intelligent identity resolution and automated data enrichment of accounts and contacts;
• Design LLM-powered systems and internal agents to automate KPI root-cause analysis, generate business insights, and streamline GTM communication;
• Build and manage complex pipelines processing structured and unstructured data;
• Integrate data pipelines with existing governance frameworks;
• Understand data flows between Salesforce, Xactly, and 6sense to support unified data architecture;
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leaders to translate strategic business problems into scalable, data-driven AI solutions;
• Drive internal Databricks on Databricks (DBX@DBX) initiatives.

• Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern data pipelines;
• Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems;
• Experience working with Databricks’ lakehouse platform and complementary AI technologies;
• Strong experience in data engineering, data science, or advanced analytics;
• Background working closely with B2B sales, marketing, or finance data;
• Strong track record in B2B SaaS, machine learning, and generative AI deployment;
• Ability to translate team member needs into clear deliverables;
• Ability to work through dependencies, bottlenecks, and tradeoffs;
