product manager for AI infrastructure

Databricks provides a unified Data and AI platform that organizations use to build and scale data and AI apps, analytics, and agents.

• Understand customer problem spaces and define viable solution spaces
• Prototype and test early ideas with customers and engineers to validate direction before committing to a build
• Work with engineers and designers to ship features on the Databricks platform
• Own projects end-to-end, including design, build, launch, and iteration based on feedback
• Build with scale, quality, and security in mind

• Graduate in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related engineering field
• Have used AI tooling for personal productivity and development projects
• Have hands-on experience with SQL and/or Python
• Be hands-on and learn by building, testing, and iterating
• Use analytical skills to make data-driven decisions, such as analyzing product usage
• Explain complex topics clearly and communicate nuance to engineers, customers, and field partners, both verbally and in writing
• Be excited to solve ambiguous problems collaboratively
• Stay curious and continue learning about new technologies, customer domains, and unfamiliar product areas
