- Design and analyze A/B tests to assess feature performance, user engagement, and design effectiveness;
- Conduct in-depth analysis using Python to uncover trends, patterns, and insights for product innovation;
- Collaborate with product managers and domain experts to translate business goals into analytical outcomes;
- Build and present reports and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders;
- Identify opportunities to optimize products and enhance data collection and analysis processes.
требования
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with A/B testing methodologies;
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field;
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst;
- Proficiency in Python and SQL;
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools;
- Upper-intermediate English level;
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders;
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Nice to have: Familiarity with BI tools, preferably Power BI.
