Data Analyst

Libertex Group is an online trading platform established in 1997 that provides access to financial markets for trading stocks, CFDs, commodities, Forex, ETFs, and cryptocurrencies.

• Design and analyze A/B tests to assess feature performance, user engagement, and design effectiveness;
• Conduct in-depth analysis using Python to uncover trends, patterns, and insights for product innovation;
• Collaborate with product managers and domain experts to translate business goals into analytical outcomes;
• Build and present reports and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders;
• Identify opportunities to optimize products and enhance data collection and analysis processes.

• Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with A/B testing methodologies;
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field;
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst;
• Proficiency in Python and SQL;
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools;
• Upper-intermediate English level;
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders;
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Nice to have: Familiarity with BI tools, preferably Power BI.
