задачи
Drive the functional and logical evolution of the Performance Management Tool for Operations and Supply Chain;
Translate manufacturing, painting, assembly, and logistics metrics into intuitive, actionable dashboards;
Gather requirements from global plant teams and senior management, prioritize them, and guide the technical implementation of new tool features;
Monitor data streams from ERP, MES, and other source systems to maintain accurate, consistent, real-time KPIs;
Provide deep-dive data analyses and actionable insights during operational bottlenecks or optimization projects.
требования
Degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration with a focus on Production & Logistics, or a comparable qualification;
Proven experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or Performance Management, ideally in manufacturing or industry;
Familiarity with standard manufacturing and logistics metrics, including OEE, lead times, and quality rates;
Ability to map operational processes into logical data models;
English proficiency;
Nice to have: German.
