Data Analyst

Fidel Group is an international product iGaming holding building a complete B2C ecosystem across online casino and adjacent products, managing the entire value chain from user acquisition, marketing, and payments to product development, retention, and proprietary technology, with over 2,000 employees worldwide operating across Latin America, Africa, Asia, and expanding into Europe.

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau;
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries;
• Analyze product performance, traffic quality, and marketing campaigns;
• Monitor key business metrics including Retention, LTV, ARPU/ARPPU, GGR/NGR, RTP, and Bonus Emission;
• Improve reporting processes and automate manual reports;
• Ensure data consistency and reporting quality;
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and other business teams.

• 2+ Years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or BI Analyst;
• Strong SQL including JOINs, CTEs, Window Functions, and Subqueries;
• Commercial experience with Tableau;
• Experience building dashboards and analytical reports;
• Understanding of product and marketing analytics;
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets;
• Fluent in Russian;
• English at B1–B2 level;
• Nice to have: Experience in iGaming / Betting, Python, Experience with DWH, Cohort analysis, RFM segmentation, Affiliate / acquisition traffic analytics.
