Data analyst

The project involves building and implementing scalable analytical solutions that support pricing and commercial decisions in international markets. We are looking for an analyst who combines strong data skills with business acumen and a product-oriented approach. In this role, you will investigate price elasticity, margins, and market trends, and translate your findings into requirements for the technical team. Your goal is to standardize digital tools, such as dashboards and models, that help optimize revenue.

• Understand business challenges, identify analytical needs, and define key decision-making questions.
• Advanced pricing and commercial analytics: analyze price elasticity, price-volume relationships, margins, promotions, and market trends based on internal and external data.
• Independently design analytical approaches, explore and query complex datasets.
• Visualization and storytelling: translate analysis results into clear dashboards (Power BI) and recommend specific business actions.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with technical teams (Product Managers, Data Engineers, Developers).

• At least 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related role.
• Experience working with sales, promotional, or market data (knowledge of FMCG/Retail is welcome).
• Very good knowledge of SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI preferred).
• Analytical experience: practical knowledge of pricing analysis, demand modeling, Revenue Growth Management, or commercial analytics.
• Strong communication skills (presenting findings, communicating with the business, defining analytical requirements).
• English: at least B2 (ability to work comfortably in an international environment).
