Business analyst

Nexio Management is around 550 consultants who have been creating advanced IT solutions for companies in Poland and abroad for over 20 years. We are a team of experts who are genuinely involved in our clients' projects. We specialize in building, developing and maintaining systems and applications, as well as IT consulting. We believe the best solutions emerge when there is room for experimentation, which is why we have our own R&D Center, led by NexioBot, our mobile assistant robot that uses artificial intelligence to communicate.

• Identify, define and monitor business benefits resulting from ongoing projects and transformation initiatives.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and measures for achieving planned benefits.
• Work with process owners and business stakeholders to identify, verify and assess expected business outcomes.
• Prepare and monitor Business Case analyses, including verifying assumptions and identifying deviations from planned results.
• Analyze process efficiency, costs, and the potential for optimization and increasing business value.
• Identify risks related to achieving planned benefits and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare reports, analyses and management materials to support decision-making.
• Formulate recommendations for improving process efficiency and increasing the value of ongoing initiatives.
• Work with business teams, IT and senior management to assess project outcomes.

• Experience in business analysis, business value management or project benefits realization.
• Practical knowledge of creating and monitoring Business Case analyses for large transformation or technology projects.
• Experience defining KPIs and business benefit measurement models.
• Ability to perform financial and cost analysis and analyze the efficiency of business processes.
• Experience preparing reports, analyses and recommendations for senior management.
• Ability to interpret data, draw conclusions and translate them into specific business recommendations.
• Highly developed analytical skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to clearly present analysis results and justify recommendations.
• English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
