Business analyst in statutory health insurance

• Shape processes: You define and model processes, components, and systems for our well-known customers in statutory health insurance.
• Advise customers: You develop solutions that reliably take regulatory requirements from the German Social Code into account.
• Facilitate workshops: You plan and moderate workshops and ensure structured follow-up.
• Drive projects forward: You support testing and acceptance and work with your team to achieve project goals.
• Sales support: You actively participate in customer acquisition and strengthen our business relationships.

• Professional experience: You have at least 6 years of experience in statutory health insurance and IT expertise.
• Requirements management: You have methodological and practical experience in requirements management and requirements definition; experience with the telematics infrastructure (TI) and the electronic patient record (ePA) complements your profile.
• Product knowledge: You are familiar with healthcare products and industry software systems such as BITMARCK_21c|ng, oscare®, and TKeasy.
• AI skills: You confidently use AI tools in your specialist field, critically evaluate the results, and help customers and adessi make use of AI's potential.
• Language skills: Very good German and good English skills.
