• You support our customers (energy utilities and energy retailers) in replacing their existing software from an energy-sector perspective. As part of data migration to the platforms of our cooperation partners Schleupen, Wilken, or msu, you advise customers on optimizing their business processes, including on site.
• You create the functional migration procedure and coordinate it with all stakeholders.
• You analyze data configurations and the quality of source data.
• You analyze customer processes and advise customers on aligning their requirements with our platform partners. You then define the required adjustments through user stories or functional concepts and take care of implementation.
• You support functional and system testing.
• You support the acceptance process in the customer project and document the functional migration procedure.
• You stay in close contact with our developers and the customers' specialist departments.

• You have at least 6 years of professional experience in the utilities industry. This may be in billing or market communication, or in financial accounting or technical equipment management.
• You are interested in IT and would like to explore it in greater depth in the future. Perhaps you even know some SQL or have worked with database queries.
• You have a quick grasp of new things as well as strong conceptual and analytical skills.
• For work on customer projects, you bring the ability to persuade and the drive to shape outcomes. You describe your approach as solution-oriented; you also enjoy consulting and working with customers.
• You use AI tools confidently in your area of expertise, critically evaluate their results, and support customers and adessi in making use of AI's potential.
• Your role requires very good German skills (at least C1 level).
