Business analyst in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

We are looking to bring on a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business Analyst / Operations Specialist for a major project based in Barcelona. We are seeking professionals with more than 5 years of experience in CRM / Marketing Technology and hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). The selected candidate will provide operational support, execute campaigns and customer journeys, and manage requirements from multiple business units, countries, and international stakeholders.

• Campaign and Customer Journey Management: Design, configuration, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns and customer journeys.
• Operational Support and Incidents: Provide operational support and manage incident management for Salesforce Marketing Cloud in a complex international organization.
• Data and Audience Management: Data quality administration, audience management, segmentation, consent management, and campaign operations.
• Integrations and Testing: Work with data integrations, use SQL, and execute/supervise user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Stakeholder Management: Ongoing coordination and communication with multiple business units, countries, and stakeholders.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, CRM or Marketing Technology Consultant.
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), specifically: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Data Extensions, SQL, and integrations.
• Experience supporting SFMC in an international and structured environment.
• Execution of UAT, incident resolution, and ongoing operational support.
• Experience managing projects with multiple business units.
• Fluent English and French (essential for interacting with international stakeholders).
