Business analyst in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, CRM or Marketing Technology Consultant, with hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio and Data Extensions.
• Experience supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud in a complex international organization, as well as experience executing campaigns and customer journeys, operational support, incident management, working with multiple business units, countries and stakeholders, and knowledge of data quality, audience management, segmentation, consent management and campaign operations.
• Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business Analyst / Operations Specialist with more than 7 years of experience in CRM/Marketing Technology and hands-on expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio and Data Extensions.
• Experience in campaigns, journeys, segmentation, SQL, integrations, UAT, operational support and international stakeholder management, with fluent English and French.

• Permanent contract.
• Gross annual salary: €35,000–€40,000.
