• Analyze business and finance requirements and translate them into functional specifications;
• Define operational and accounting schemes, control frameworks, and data flow structures;
• Coordinate activities and deliverables across multiple stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met;
• Participate in testing activities, including accounting and reporting validation phases;
• Support and maintain financial interfaces and ensure smooth post-implementation adoption.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in Banking, Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
• Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar discipline;
• Experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements;
• Experience in project management and project delivery environments;
• Knowledge of accounting and/or banking accounting principles;
• Understanding of banking products or capital markets products;
• Knowledge of Financial Information Systems;
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel;
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on quality and results;
• Fluent communication skills in English and Portuguese.
