• Define and clarify requirements by engaging with stakeholders;
• Ensure scope is well-defined and managed across the program;
• Maintain accurate documentation for program and project management;
• Collaborate with software engineers, QA, product managers, and other teams throughout the software lifecycle;
• Serve as a scrum master by managing schedules, identifying risks, and communicating updates to stakeholders;
• Oversee release schedules and milestones;
• Facilitate software development, project management, cross-functional coordination, and team communications;
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement;
• Develop comprehensive project plans and establish timelines;
• Perform data analysis to inform decision-making;

• At least 1 year of ServiceNow implementation experience;
• At least 4 years of experience in Business Analysis, emerging technologies, or related fields;
• Background in software development and managing complex programs across multiple teams;
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD;
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies;
• Experience as a scrum master driving development sprints;
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical expertise;
• Proven performance as a Business Analyst in the tech industry;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools;
• Understanding of business process modeling techniques;
• Knowledge of project management methodologies;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively;
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities;
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC);
• Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies;
• English Level B2+;
• Nice to have: background in Software Engineering, problem-solving ability in dynamic and evolving environments, experience collaborating in highly integrated cross-functional teams of technical and non-technical individuals, ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
