The Global Investments Financial Systems division develops applications related to Portfolio Management, Investment Operations, Data and Workflow Management, Regulatory Reporting, ETF systems, and Investment Strategy and Research.
задачи
Deliver new solutions to the business as part of a business-facing IT team
Review functional specifications and translate them into program specifications
Liaise with end users for user acceptance testing and provide 3rd-line support as required
Build expertise in best-practice solution design and implementation
Follow code and documentation standards, including peer reviews
Collaborate with the Business Product Owner and Business Users in the Products team
Implement Java services and RESTful APIs using microservices architecture patterns for enterprise-scale systems
Manage time across multiple projects with competing business demands and priorities
Contribute to testing and documentation throughout the development lifecycle
требования
At least 2 years of software development experience and a strong background in Test-Driven Development
Proficiency in Java 8 or higher, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC
Expertise in RESTful API implementation, GraphQL, and open-source frameworks
Experience with cloud technologies, including AWS, AWS CloudFormation, and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of build, deployment, testing, logging, and monitoring tools such as Maven, Cucumber, and Bamboo
Familiarity with Git/Bitbucket and Splunk
Understanding of investment management
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work with business managers and operations teams, perform under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of agile software development processes and practices
Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher
