Business analyst for corporate actions

Would you like to play a key role in shaping the future of Nordea’s securities services? We are looking for a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst to join our Safekeeping & Corporate Action Business Technology team within Trading & Custody Services. This is an opportunity to join a team responsible for one of Nordea's strategic post-trade platforms, supporting critical safekeeping and corporate action services across the bank.

• Translate business needs into clear requirements and solution designs
• Understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Identify risks, gaps and improvement areas
• Collaborate closely with IT development teams and application stakeholders
• Analyse data and operational flows to support decision-making
• Engage stakeholders across business, operations and technology
• Support implementation of robust and scalable solutions
• Contribute to initiatives transferring volumes from local systems to strategic platforms

• Enjoy analysing complex business problems and identify opportunities for improvement
• Communicate effectively with both business and technical colleagues
• Build trusted relationships and collaborate across teams and organizational boundaries

• Experience within financial services, preferably capital markets or post-trade
• Experience working as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or in another analytical role
• Strong operational knowledge within safekeeping, corporate action or related securities processing
• Experience as a Business Analyst in complex change or system development initiatives
• Experience collaborating with both business and IT stakeholders
• Experience working in cross-border environments with virtual teams
