Business Analyst

The project involves requirements ownership for a client’s digital products, including stakeholder discovery, process mapping, specifications, gap analysis, and UAT coordination. It emphasizes requirements completeness, traceability, and change control.

• Plan and conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops; synthesize outcomes into prioritized requirements
• Map as-is and to-be business processes using BPMN and identify improvement opportunities
• Create BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Analyze gaps between business needs, existing systems, and proposed solutions
• Prepare UAT scripts and data, coordinate business testing, and triage defects
• Maintain requirements traceability from requirements through delivered features and tests
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of documented requirements
• Maintain traceability to delivered features and test evidence
• Coordinate UAT and defect triage with the business
• Control requirement changes and assess their impact

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ Years as a business analyst in enterprise software delivery, including 3+ years leading end-to-end requirements for a product or programme from discovery to UAT
• Experience with requirements elicitation and documentation, including BRD/FRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• BPMN process-modelling skills
• Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira, Confluence, and Visio, Miro, or Figma for wireframes
• SQL skills for data validation; understanding of APIs and integration flows
• Experience with UAT planning, test-case design, and defect management
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience; facilitation and stakeholder management up to director level
• Advanced English (C1)
