Business Analyst

• Interact with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and consult them on opportunities and risks;
• Analyze elicited requirements and expectations and create requirements specifications in the form of user stories and use cases;
• Create and maintain documentation in areas of responsibility, including BRDs, requirements specifications, user manuals, and maintenance manuals;
• Create and approve user stories in collaboration with project managers and key technical specialists;
• Present user stories to the team, clarify incomprehensible and controversial points, and update them based on team discussions;
• Facilitate refinement sessions;
• Interact with QAs while preparing test cases and testing the product;
• Own and maintain a detailed understanding of product and application features and functions within the area of responsibility to identify opportunities and threats for new requirements;
• Share knowledge and information with other departments to expand the use of advanced approaches and technologies.

• 5+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for understanding complex business processes, identifying issues, and proposing effective solutions;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and transferring information to the developer team;
• Experience eliciting requirements through interviews, workshops, observation, and document analysis;
• Ability to document and manage functional and non-functional requirements;
• Experience creating BRDs, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
• Experience with process modeling using BPMN and UML;
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN notations;
• Experience with gap analysis and impact assessment;
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban;
• Strong understanding of APIs, their functionality, and their role in system integration;
• Ability to understand data structures and map data between different systems;
• Structured, process- and result-oriented approach with a practical problem-solving style;
• Nice to have: Commercial experience with Native Apps, experience in iGaming-related projects, experience and knowledge in System Analysis.
