Business Analyst

The client delivers comprehensive operational support and expert services to global insurers, brokers, fleet managers, and automotive manufacturers, helping the international insurance market handle millions of claims annually. A large workforce across ten countries serves over 1,200 clients, utilizing cloud computing and modern design patterns within a major business transformation program.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to elicit, analyze, and define requirements and solution approaches;
• Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business and user needs;
• Prepare functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting artifacts;
• Facilitate discussions, planning sessions, and feature refinement activities;
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and technical concepts into clear business language;
• Analyze complex business problems and propose effective solution options;
• Support decision-making by providing structured analysis and recommendations;
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and BA practices;
• Take ownership of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle as part of a Scrum team.

• Have 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst;
• Have experience working on customer-facing web or mobile applications;
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of business process analysis methodologies including BPMN and UML;
• Work effectively in Agile and Scrum software delivery environments;
• Write clear specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
• Use Azure DevOps or similar tools for backlog and sprint management;
• Possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English (B2–C1);
• Nice to have: Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Experience with Azure DevOps administration or advanced usage.
