Business analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will lead end-to-end business analysis—including process mapping, data analysis, documentation, and training—for high-impact transformation projects. Working in a fast-paced team, you will collaborate with key stakeholders and support teams under tight deadlines to ensure smooth operations, strong risk controls, and effective change management.

• Map "as-is" and "to-be" operational workflows for UK corporate banking teams.
• Write and update business requirements, SOPs, and project governance files.
• Analyze operational data to assess workload, identify risks, and plan resource needs.
• Create and deliver training materials and knowledge-transfer tools for operational teams.
• Connect business leaders and support teams to align priorities and resolve issues.
• Drive team deliverables, track milestones, and enforce risk and control standards.

• Advanced skill in mapping workflows (using Visio, Signavio, or BPMN), gap analysis, and writing Target Operating Model (TOM) documentation.
• Strong ability to analyze operational data, track volume, spot dependencies, and guide project decisions.
• Proven experience driving operational change and capability transfers in corporate or investment banking.
• Excellent communication skills to build trust and partner effectively across global, multi-location teams.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work and meet tight deadlines within active project teams.
• Experience creating clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training plans, and change communications.
• Strong emotional intelligence to navigate team dynamics and organizational change smoothly.
